In addition to her new role, Kathryn is a co-founder of PhlebotomyFam, an inspiring initiative born out of personal experience. Having survived the 2021 LCBC youth group bus crash, Kathryn understands firsthand the critical importance of blood donation in times of crisis. Her journey from survivor to advocate has fueled her passion for promoting blood donation, as she strives to ensure that no one faces a shortage of life-saving blood when they need it most.
A senior at Lampeter-Strasburg High School, Kathryn is involved in various extracurricular activities. From her membership in Tri-M to her vibrant presence in theater, chorus, and morning announcements, Kathryn's spirit and dedication shine through in everything she does.
Since the age of 4, Kathryn has been honing her skills in dance at Debbie's School of Dance. As a member of the senior dance team and the team captain, she not only excels in her passion but also fosters a sense of unity among her fellow dancers.
Beyond her achievements and accolades, Kathryn cherishes her role as a sister. With three siblings around her, she embraces the responsibilities of sisterhood with love, patience, and support.
